Donations paid to Times of Refreshing for the wellness retreat are not refundable. If you do not come or leave early, the ministry is not obligated to refund any portion of funds. This is because we have made preparations to serve you and cannot serve others in the space reserved for you. We are holding space for you and not allowing anyone to take that space. However, we do understand that there are rare and unforseen circumstances. Therefore, the deposit paid in advance to reserve your space can be transfered to someone else to attend the current retreat or used to attend the next retreat scheduled after the one that was missed. Do not proceed with the payment of any donation unless you understand and agree to these terms. We desire to serve you and others in the best way possible and we want you to be sure you are coming before making any financial commitment.
