Times of Refreshing offers wellness coaching, which includes written instructions with phone and / or email support and coaching for 30 days. We will be your "cure guide" on this journey of health. We will answer your questions, help you make adjustments and apply the plan to your life and schedule. You can apply for this service by taking the following steps:
1. Fill out our Online Wellness Retreat and Coaching Application Alternately, you can Download our Application or request an application by mail. Each person who needs health restoration should fill out a form. Parents can fill out forms for children.
2. Pay $65 for each applicant. You can pay online using the "Pay For Coaching" box below. Alternately, you can call us with your credit or debit card information or send a check to our office. When you fill out our Wellness Retreat and Coaching Application Form, we then retrieve the form you filled out and match it with your contact information used for payment. We do not see your credit card information if you use our website for payment.
3. You will hear from us within 1week with your written response. Alternately, we may have to contact you with some clarifying questions. Our business days are Monday thru Thursday. If you pay online, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. Feel free to call us or send us an email if you have any questions or are concerned that we received your form and payment.
4. If you are scheduling an appointment in person with Shelem Flemons or one of our other staff members, you will be contacted within 3 business days from the date of your payment to schedule an appointment.
5. If your response contains supplements that Times of Refreshing provides, an invoice will be included. You are not under any obligation to buy the suggested items. They are recommendations. However, you must pay for the invoice items before they will be shipped. You can use the "Pay Invoice Total" button below to enter the invoice amount and pay it online. You can also call us with a credit / debit card or you can send a check or money order.
7. You can call or email us with any questions you have. We are often able to answer questions faster via email. We offer 30 days of phone / email wellness coaching to help you with your restorative efforts.

Donations paid to Times of Refreshing for wellness coaching are not refundable. If you not to follow the recommendations, the ministry is not obligated to refund any portion of funds.
